SPR# SCT53FHWX - The accelerators 'Shift +' and 'Shift -' are associated with 'Expand-All-Sections' and 'Collapse-All-Sections' respectively. Previously they navigated to the next/previous document. Now they correctly expand/collapse and +/- (without Shift) navigate.
